Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used home care products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
